Hi, I’m Dileep. I’m a proud father of an 8-year-old and a Business Solutions Architect at Manhattan Associates. I’ve called the Netherlands home for the last 15 years, and I’m now based in Amsterdam. This website is where I keep the things I love doing when I’m not at work.
What I do for a living
I’ve spent 17+ years in supply chain and commerce technology, and I’ve been lucky to grow alongside the industry. I started in the era of IBM Sterling and ATG, and today I work with Manhattan Active® Omni, a cloud-native platform that is now bringing Agentic AI into fulfillment.
I lead digital and cloud transformation programs for B2B and B2C enterprises, mostly across EMEA. I’m involved from the very first conversations, through value assessment and designing how orders, inventory and store fulfillment should work, all the way to production go-live.
I also work closely with Manhattan’s R&D teams, carrying what I hear from customers back into the product roadmap. I like sitting between what customers need and where the platform is going.

What keeps me busy otherwise
Fifteen years in the Netherlands and an 8-year-old at home have shaped how I spend my free time, and a lot of it happens around the family.
Road trips are my biggest passion, and most of what you’ll find on this site comes from them.
When I’m home, you’ll probably find me in the kitchen, cooking something I’ve been wanting to try. When I’m not cooking, I’m likely down a YouTube rabbit hole: old car restorations, farm life, travel vlogs. I also watch documentaries on almost any subject, and I follow the news, geopolitics and technology (+ linux side of things) closely.
My newest obsession is flight monitoring. I just set up my own ADS-B tracker, and I now find myself looking up whenever a plane passes over and wondering where it’s headed.
